About
Everything starts from one question: what do you want this place to feel like when you walk in? The drawings and the building come after that.

What we do
Most owners we meet have already fallen for the snow, or the light in October, or the way the forest sounds in July. What they do not have is a way to get a house built eight thousand kilometers from home, in a language they do not read, through a building permit system they have never seen.
That part is ours. We are a design office and a construction company in the same building. The drawing you approve is the drawing our own carpenters build — one contract, one schedule, and one person answering your email in your time zone as far as we can manage it.
We are not trying to build the largest house on the hill. We are trying to build the one that puts you closest to the land you came here for.

We listen first. The brief we write back to you is the one we build from.
Our own site manager, our own carpenters, and a schedule you can open from anywhere.
We stay reachable after handover. Maintenance while you are away can be arranged — just ask.

Our founder
Our founder came up through the trade, not the drawing office. He walks every site with the owner, plans it himself, and is there while it is built.
That is also why we can tell you early what a change will really cost. Someone who has held the tools knows what the work takes, and what it does not.

Contact
Tell us the area, a rough budget, and roughly when. That is enough for a useful first conversation.
